Alfredo Clemente designed the Clementino shoulder rest with the goal of uniting freedom of movement, maximum comfort and optimal relaxation of the neck and shoulder muscles in one lightweight product.
The construction is, in fact, as light as the proverbial feather – the Piccolo model weighs in at just 10.6 grams and the Grande up to 21.9 grams. That, combined with an ergonomic shape and easy attachment to the instrument, makes the Clementino shoulder rest the ideal companion piece for the instruments of children, teens, hobby and professional musicians alike.
The special rubber band keeps a perfect grip: affixed below the chinrest of the instrument and stretched around the corner of the back lower corners, it ensures that your shoulder rest always stays firmly in place.
The Clementino is manufactured entirely in the EU and is available in three different sizes. Each model comes with suitably sized natural rubber bands in a selection of various colors:
Piccolo: for 1/16 to 1/8 violins, rubber bands available in yellow, blue, natural or red.
Medio: for 1/4 to 1/2 violins, rubber bands available in yellow, black, red or blue.
Grande: for 3/4 to 4/4 violins and violas, rubber bands available in yellow, black, red or blue.
